Shirley was one of the most Godly people I have ever known. She was always ready to be a friend and talk with you about anything. She was a great prayer warrior. She loved with all her heart. She will be missed in the days ahead but I know that Shirley is at peace and with her Lord and the many loved ones who has gone before her. Shirley was an awesome lady who will forever be in our hearts.

As a very young boy I would often sit with Aunt Shirley in her kitchen while she prepared dinner and we would talk about things that adults talked about and Aunt Shirley listened to me as though she valued my opinions and it made me feel important; almost an adult. I will never forget how that made me feel.

She folded with my Mother, Pauline Guice, and they became friends. She always baked goodies and brought them to her friends.
She had a kind heart and will be truly missed
