When our grandmother and grandfather Rogers would take me ,with Judy ,to Aunt Betty and uncle Bill's lake cottage in Conover , WI. we had a rare chance to get to know Eb ! Wonderful memories in the woods and on the lake ! I can't say that Eb was an experience woodsman at that time but such a fun happy guy. He will be missed!
While my brother was raising his family in Jacksonville I was raising my family in Duluth. We each had two girls, same ages. We kept wanting to spend Christmas in Jacksonville because we all had more fun with Eb, Chris, Barbara and Emily. A great tradition. Thank you for the wonderful memories of our families together. It was apparent that as our children grew through various stages of their lives the loving influence their father/uncle Eb provided.
Thanks for all the wonderful memories. You will live forever in our heart, body and soul.

Deepest Sympathy
When the Spink's lived in Jerseyville, Illinois in the 70s, we became great friends. One Saturday, Bob and Eb went to St Louis to pick up bucket seats for our 1974 van, Eb bought a stereo set without telling Chris. We have many fond memories of Eb and Chris. Great family!
The Spinks were some of the first people we met when we moved to Jacksonville. Friendships evolved and we shared a lot of fun together. Especially Friday night gourmet golf!
