Funeral Service for Mr. Dewey Brown, 79, of Daviston, Alabama, will be Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the Ephesus Primitive Baptist Church. Elder Barry Cordes, Elder Daniel Dean, and Bro. Ted Price will officiate. Buria Read Obituary
Mr. Dewey Brown was a very special man. I know he touched many lives in innumerable ways with his faith, his strength and his since of humor. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent caring for him. He could always make me smile.
I have missed Mr. Dewey greatly since his nursing home stay. We had a mutual love, old Country music and George Jones. He called on a regular basis and those phone calls were always good for the heart and soul. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing but I know he's now home. Such a sweet, gentle fella, always encouraging. Love you Mr. Dewey and I am thankful our paths have crossed. You are missed! Only if everyone were a Mr Dewey.

Dewey was a talker, never met a stranger and could talk you into buying whatever he was selling! Fond memories of him in the New Site area. Prayers for the family 🙏🙏🙏.

So sorry to hear about Dewey. He will be greatly, greatly missed. I always got a bear hug when I would see him. We would talk and reminisce of good times. Dewey is with his forever soul mate now and is one happy man. He often talked about how good Judi had taken care of him. We all love and will miss you Dewey Brown!!❤️❤️
