Frank was a great man who I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know while living down the street from him at Lake Martin and also serving with him at the Windermere VFD. Frank always took the time to share his vast wealth of knowledge on many subjects. We even touched base with each other once I left the lake. The world is a much better place having a man like Frank in it. He will be missed.

I first met Frank 7 years ago when I joined the Windermere Fire Department. He was a great resource of information on our fire trucks and company polices. Over the years I had many conversations with Frank about his time working for Russell Mills. He was a real gentleman and will be sorely missed by our department.
