Vicki we are so sorry for your loss. we talked with him at RMC about a month ago. Of course I had to say tell "Nina Florina" hello from Miss Dales daycare days. He laughed about Dana and Hester calling her that. you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Wayne and Betty Barber.
David will be missed by all who had a chance to know him. Fly high and play your music for all. Don't forget to wear those golden slippers.

Oh David, it just doesn't seem real that you have left us. We met a long time ago and had the music thing in common. We "jammed" many times before eventually getting a band together and playing a few gigs. You were a great friend, and I always remember you for your smiling, positive attitude. Although we haven't been around each other for several years, we could meet and carry on just like we had parted yesterday. I will miss you old friend.
David was as good of a bass player as he was an human being ! He was kind , funny , smart , intelligent , and capable of laying down a solid groove on that ol' Fender Precision bass ! He also introduced me to Big BOB ! I probably would have never had the opportunity of playing with Big Bob if it was not for David introducing us . Only God knows how many hours the three of us shared on the band stand at numerous gigs throughout the decades as well the infamous SNAKE PIT ! :) David was an old soul and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him . Rest in peace my friend !

We are thinking of you during this difficult time
I I'm going to miss you brother. We had some fun times growing Moon flowers and peppers for pepper sauce. Godspeed and fly high.
My big brother. I have so many memories with David. I was just a kid when I met him. I was "Boy Wonder" and "Son, Son". He called me that every time I saw him. We inspired each other and had many great times together playing music.
David always looked out for me. He was a true friend, much more like a big brother. He even loaned me that old worn bass several times when I needed it.
I have so many crazy sayings that we came up with that I still say often. So many names , terminologies and other useless info that we laughed about and I still think about often. It all means a lot to me. I will forever remember King David.
