Ed was a fun and loving uncle to Britt, Hannah Grace, Eli, and me. I will always remember his smile and his humorous spirit. It was evident that he loved the Lord and he lived his life serving Christ. Ed made a difference in mine and many others lives. He would always say good bye with “I’m glad you got to see me!” We will miss Ed very much but we have great assurance of where he now resides, and that is with our savior Christ Jesus. Im certain Ed heard, “Well done my good and faithful servant!

I've known Ed for almost 30 years at the lake. He was a fine man, easy going, interested in others, quick to laugh but not to laugh at others, and thoughtful. Goodness and kindness radiated from him. Twenty-five years ago, when we were already too old to be doing foolish things, he went off our rope swing and missed that huge lake by five feet. He got up, brushed himself off with a laugh, and went back to enjoying life. Mark, Agee, Sam, Stacy, and Lan will miss him sorely. We send our love to Jerona, Will, and his family.
