Mr. William Michael Blanks, 73, of Alexander City passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022 at his residence. He was born on July 17, 1948 in Alexander City, Alabama to William Desmond Blanks and Christine McClellan Blanks. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He retired from the City of Alexander City as a meter reader.
He is survived by his sister, Vicky Easterwood; brother, Thomas G. (Janice) Blanks; niece, Gina Wall (Scott) all of Alexander City; nephews, Scott Easterwood (Brandy) of Washington D.C., Jeremy Blanks of Alexander City and Joel Blanks of Jackson's Gap.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
