Mrs. Vicky Rhodes Waters' Obituary
Graveside Memorial Service for Mrs. Vicky Rhodes Waters, 66, of Notasulga, will be Friday, October 1, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Hillview Memorial Park.
Mrs. Waters passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Tallassee Community Hospital. She was born on October 25, 1954 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to Billy Drew Rhodes and Naomi Ruth Sprayberry Rhodes. Vicky loved and adored her grandbabies. Her greatest joy was being called “Memaw” and “Mammaw”. Vicky was a former teacher and taught at Benjamin Russell High School, Goodwater School and Dadeville High School. She genuinely loved her students and her students loved her in return. Her co-workers were also special friends to her and were more like family. Vicky was an avid Alabama fan and she would tell you “Roll Tide”.
Vicky is survived by her daughter, Kristi Waters Spraggins (Travis) of Notasulga; and her grandchildren, Branton, Kalyn and Garrett Spraggins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Joseph Edward Waters.
