Mr. Thomas Kenneth Parrott's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mr. Thomas Kenneth Parrott, 69, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be Monday, September 12, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Pastor Scott Jordan will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 12, 2016 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mr. Parrott passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at his residence. He was born on July 23, 1947 in Alexander City, Alabama to William Hershell Parrott and Addieleigh Parrott. Mr. Parrott loved spending time with his family. He was a carpenter by trade and spent a lot of his time volunteering his services to the local churches.
He is survived by his daughter, Connie Michelle Tapley (Tige) of Alexander City; sons, Larry Lynn Mann, Thomas Jeffery Parrott; grandchildren, Ashley Strickland, Thomas Wall, Tori Tapley (Kyle), Taylor Tapley, Bradley Parrott; great-grandchildren, Dillan Strickland, Alexis Strickland, Hayden Strickland, Cruize Greer; brother, Lamar Parrott (Laverne); sisters, Linda Jones (Porter) and Darnell Kennedy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Gail Newman and his parents.
