Mr. Terry "Toby" Hayes' Obituary
Mr. Hayes passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 18, 1958 to James Clardy Hayes and Dorothy Sanders Hayes. He served in the United States Army for over 10 years as an Air Traffic Controller, at one point serving overseas in Japan. After leaving the Army, he joined the United States Postal Service where he would work until he retired. He loved his family and friends and will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his sons, Cody Hayes (Shauna) of Sylacauga, Michael Hayes and Dustin Hayes both of Anniston; and sister, Dottie Goodwin (W.L.) of Auburn.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Linda Hayes; sister, Leila Hayes; and brother, Jimmy Hayes.
