Mrs. Teressa Dianne Carpenter's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Teressa Dianne Carpenter, 58, of Alexander City, will be Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 5, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Carpenter passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Russell Medical. She was born on September 9, 1959 in Guntersville, Alabama. She was a member of the Alex City Rescue Squad. She loved her family dearly. She enjoyed coloring, working at Russell Medical, her fur babies “Sophie & Luke”, camping, Alabama Football, and the outdoors.
She is survived by her husband, James K. Carpenter; daughters, Kaci Sims (Chris), Mindy Bradford, and Kember Carpenter all of Alexander City; grandchildren, Abigale Sims, Daley Sims, and Jale Bradford; sisters, Beverly Easterwood of Kellyton, Dawn Culp of Dadeville, Delisa Burch of Griffin, GA, and Lisa Floyd of MS, and her brother, Gordon McCarty of GA.
She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Ray Floyd; mother, Shirley Ann McHargue; step father, James McHargue; and her sister, Candace Simmons.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alex City Rescue Squad, 233 Joseph Street, Alexander City, AL 35010.
