Mrs. Susan Leann Guy Garrett's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Susan Leann Guy Garrett, 35, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be Friday, November 11, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Stone will officiate. Burial will follow in the New Providence Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 10, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Garrett passed away on Monday, November 7, 2022 at Russell Medical. She was born on September 28, 1987 in Opelika, Alabama to Tony Guy and Karen Thomas Guy. Susan enjoyed all things outdoors. She enjoyed going to the beach, camping, fishing, hunting, boating, tubing and water skiing. From an early age, Susan always had a very competitive spirit and was known as a “dare devil”. She loved her family very much, especially her little girls.
Susan is survived by her husband, James Bruce Garrett; daughters, Monica Kinlee Guy and Leelan Skye Garrett; step-daughters, Allia Marie Garrett and Natalie Nicole Garrett; step-granddaughter, Merida Rose Jennings; parents, Tony and Karen Guy; and sister, Latricia Guy.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Ray Guy; and grandparents, Ralph and Velma Guy, and Betty Sue Willis.
