Funeral Service for Mrs. Shaaron Jarrell McCain, 76, of Alexander City, will be Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 3:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Will Baker will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park Read Obituary

Well Shaaron this day is here. It's still not real. We've been friends since grammar school, then High Scool and all the way to Senior life. We would laugh about not being teenagers anymore.I will miss phone calls every day, and night calls. We always had fun and laughs whenever we talking on phone or out doing anything. I already miss you and will always miss you but memories to last life time. See you later. Love you my forever friend.
Prayers for peace and comfort as only our Savior Jesus Christ can give to Othell, The Boys (as Sharron said), family and the many, many friends. Wonderful, sweet and loving person precious Sharron was. If you were having a bad day, her radiant laughter would just spread all over and through you. Lifting you spirits up. And that "look" when something didn't set right would get you tickled too, as long as it wasn't directed to you. I miss our years of basketball when our boys were young. Fellowship was golden and good memories. I can hear Jesus laughing now at that funny women!!

There will never be anyone else like Shaaron McCain. What a beautiful person and what a wonderful life. I loved her so much and am thankful that we were friends.
I had the privilege of meeting Shaaron at dear ole BRHS in the ninth grade, and we became life-long friends immediately - of course she never met a stranger. I made so many wonderful memories with her - BRHS football and basketball games, classes together, and trying not to get in trouble talking and laughing during classes. I also remember Sharon was selected Wittest Girl" of our Senior Class, and those who knew her knew why she was given that title.
Shaaron was special to so many. Her contagious smile, personality, kindness, and love will live on forever. Heaven has gained a special Angel! Rest In Peace my beautiful friend.
I met Shaaron in high school. She was always upbeat and happy. I am so sorry for the loss of Shaaron. I will miss seeing her at our class reunions and touching base with her on Facebook. She will be missed.
