Mr. Ruben Billy Mask's Obituary
Graveside Service for Mr. Ruben Billy Mask, 88, of Sylacauga, will be Sunday, July 31, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the Hillview Memorial Park. Bro. Mack McCaleb will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mr. Mask passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at his daughter's residence. He was born on December 13, 1933 in Clay County to Ellis Harvel Mask and Mary Jane McCain Mask. He was a member of Marble City Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, spending time in the country with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Virginia Mask of Sylacauga; daughter, June Mask Childress (Tony) of Sylacauga; grandchildren, Katie Hubbard, B.J. Childress (Alicia), and Cody Childress (Kristen); great-grandchildren, Carlee Liner, Molly Childress, G.G. Childress, Max Childress, Madi Hubbard, Sawyer Childress, and Addison Childress; sister, Nell Powell of Ashland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Ruben Anthony Mask; grandchild, Matthew Liner; sister, Ruth Dawkins; brothers, Aaron Mask, Herbert Felton Mask, James Dalton Mask, and Harvel Mask.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to one's favorite charity.
