Born into the caring arms of Robert Chester Wicker and Voncyle Etoille Wicker, Robbie's life was a testament to the power of kindness and dedication. Her journey began in Alexander City, AL, where she graduated from Benjamin Russell High School in 1960, setting the stage for a life full of service and compassion.
Robbie's professional life was marked by her unwavering commitment to education and her community.
