Mr. Richard Timothy Crain's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mr. Richard Timothy “Ricky” Crain, 59, of Alexander City, will be Sunday, August 26, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. John Hill will officiate. Burial will follow in the Flint Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 26, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mr. Crain passed away on Friday, August 24, 2018 at his residence. He was born on May 9, 1959 in Alexander City, Alabama to Richard Vincent Crain and Julia May Scott Crain. He was a member of Flint Hill United Methodist Church. Ricky was a fun loving man who lived life to the fullest. He was an awesome mechanic and was well known for his work. He was also an avid Alabama fan and loved his family very much, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughter, Amy (Jeremie) Meadors of Dadeville; son, Richard Brandon (Jennifer) Crain of Jackson's Gap; grandchildren, Austin Meadors, Seth Meadors, Malorie Meadors, Spencer Meadors, Lexi Crain, Shea Crain, Brayden Crain and Karter Crain; brothers, Steve (Pam) Crain, Solon Crain and Robert Crain, all of Tuscaloosa; sisters, Donna Albright and Billy Sue Crain, both of Tuscaloosa; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandmother, Sarah Scott.
