Mrs. Eason passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at her home. She was born on June 1, 1959 in Ashland, Alabama to Robert Hubbard Jackson and Lottie Lerene Endress Jackson. She was a dedicated farmer's wife and a beacon of warmth in her community. She poured her heart into caring for their animals and the farm they tenderly nurtured together. Rhonda found joy in simple pleasures, often seen riding alongside her beloved dog, Goldie, as they checked on their cherished cows.
Rhonda's passion extended to her hobbies, where she amassed a delightful collection of unique rocks and cherished owl memorabilia. Her spirit bloomed much like the flowers she adored, and her kindness fed not just the geese and ducks at her farm, but the hearts of all who knew her. An artist at her core, Rhonda's painted portraits left indelible impressions, while her love for games brought bouts of laughter and joy.
Above all, she was a loving wife, an extraordinary mother, and a doting grandmother whose legacy will forever be celebrated by those fortunate to have been part of her life.
She is survived by her husband, Herold Coy Eason of Goodwater; sons, Derek (Jennifer) Krueger of Rockford and Brandon Krueger of Goodwater; grandchildren, Canyon Ledbetter, Trenten Krueger, Asher Krueger, Leland Krueger, Zackery Krueger, Samuel Krueger, Jaxon Krueger, Abram Krueger, Emily Krueger, Abigail Krueger, and Lorelei VanWagner; step-son, Wade (Tater) Eason of Goodwater; step-grandchildren, Jaci (Drew) Robinson, Joseph (Jordan) Eason, and Jasper (Ashley) Ingram; step-great-grandchildren, Elena, Cason, and Harper; brothers, Donald Jackson, Richard Jackson, James Jackson, and David (Kim) Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; step-daughter, Ronda Eason; sister-in-law, Carolyn Jackson; and nephew, Jeremy Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Smyrna Cemetery C/O Wendy Anderson 35 Still Pines Court Wetumpka, AL 36093.
