Mrs. Reba Nell Pike's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Reba Nell Pike, 86, of New Site, Alabama, will be Sunday, July 30, 2023 at 3:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Bro. Mark Rasbury will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 30, 2023 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pike, a gentle, thoughtful, and loving woman, passed away at the age of 86 in Dadeville, AL, on July 27, 2023. Born on October 5, 1936, in Wadley, AL, she made a significant impact on those around her through her kindness and love.
Reba was the proud owner of Pike's Antiques in New Site, which she ran with her late husband, William J Pike. She also spent many years as a dedicated Avon Cosmetics saleswoman, bringing beauty and joy to her community.
She found joy in her membership at Zion Hill Baptist Church, where she served as treasurer for many years. Her love for beauty was reflected in her passion for collecting butterfly pins, a hobby she pursued throughout her life. Reba was a beloved aunt, cherishing her role within her extended family.
Mrs. Pike is survived by her brother, Rafael McDaniel (Diane) of Odenville, and sister, Sue Gulledge (Carroll) of Dadeville, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Woodrow Wilson McDaniel, mother, Irene Campbell, husband, William J Pike, and sisters, Roena Bice, Shelby Stansell, and Sandra Pemberton.
Reba's gentle spirit, thoughtful nature, and loving heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy will continue to live on through the lives she touched and the memories she created.
