Mr. Stark and I were in the same HR outsourcing business. We met in the mid ninety's and spent many hours together at association meetings forging a new industry. My wife Linda and I were honored to meet Wanda, their girls and sons-in-law who were also in the business. A fine family all. Wayne will be greatly missed, Fond regards, Dale & Linda Hageman
Working with him was always fun. He would drop silver dollars in the cash register to see If Angie or me would get to it first. They make a distinct sound dropping in the register. I was always put in charge of taking and picking up the children at school when they couldn't do it. The world will surely miss him, especially his family.
