Mrs. Gwaltney was always so gracious and kind. I remember one year at a service award banquet when one of the servers spilled coffee on her lap. Mrs. Gwaltney took her water and poured it onto her lap to cool the coffee. She covered herself with her napkin and reassured the young woman that this was not a problem and all was okay. No scene or commotion. I know she will be missed.
