Funeral Service for Mr. Charles L. Luker, 74, of Kellyton, Alabama, will be Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 3:00 pm at the Kellyton First Global Methodist Church. Rev. Mike Jackson will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sund Read Obituary
Mr. Luker made a difference in the lives of so many Alabamians. I am grateful that I got the chance to get to know him. Sending y'all lots of love.

Charlie was always a good friend. I will miss his Facebook posts. He always had something interesting to say. I am sure he is enjoying heaven because he was clearly a man of God!

Charlie was a great man and an even greater friend! When I joined the AATA in 1997 as a young , newly -elected Revenue Commissioner, he was the first one to welcome me and make me feel like I was already a part of the association. Only in God's sovereign plan would I be given the amazing opportunity years later, when I was president of the association, to welcome him back to serve as our Association Administrator!
