Born on August 30, 1978 in Clay County to Horace and Rebecca Amason Heath, Merideth lived a life marked by thoughtfulness, compassion, and an unwavering dedication to her family and community.
Merideth's professional life was a reflection of her caring nature. She cherished her role at Goodwater Healthcare, where she was not only a valued employee but also a friend to many. She is survived by her husband, Shannon Causey of Alexander City; daughters, Payton Causey and Brookelyn Heath both of Alexander City; grandchildren, Rynlee Heath and Alani McCary.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
