Mrs. Marlene Jackson Patterson's Obituary
Funeral service for Mrs. Marlene Jackson Patterson, 79, of Alexander City, will be Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 11:00 am at Hackneyville Baptist Church. Dr. Albert Pike, Rev. Carey Brown, and Rev. Larry Ingram will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hackneyville Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home. \r\n\r\nMrs. Patterson passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at her residence. She was born on January 23, 1934 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to Bennie Talmadge Jackson and Ola Mae Scott Jackson. She was an active member of Hackneyville Baptist Church. She was an excellent cook, enjoyed flowers, butterflies, and traveling to the mountains, beach, and Branson, MO. \r\n\r\nShe is survived by her daughter, Danita Mathis of Alexander City; son, Richard A. Patterson (Charlotte), of Eclectic; grandchildren, Bridget Mann(Chris), Leigh Anne Uribe (Juan), Brian Futral (Devon), Shannon Futral, Brandy Young (Adam), Tonya Caudle; great-grandchildren, Brett Mann, Bradley Mann, Brayden Mann, Colby Futral, Jadyn Young, Kolton Young, Bryson Caudle, Ansley Caudle, Joshua Uribe, Joseph Uribe, Ashley Farber, Lexi Futral, and Eugene Uribe.\r\n \r\nShe was preceded in death by her husband, David Junior Patterson; parents; and brother, Talmadge Jackson, Jr.\r\n\r\nThe family will accept flowers or memorial contributions may be made to Hackneyville Baptist Church, 9149 Highway 63 N, Alexander City, AL 35010.\r\n
