Graveside Service for Mrs. Marjorie Johnson, 85, of Alexander City, will be Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 1:00 pm at the Hillview Memorial Park. Rev. William Wyckoff will officiate.
Mrs. Johnson passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Chapman Healthcare Center. She was born on February 14, 1937, in Tampa, Florida to Willie Antonio Younglood and Reclia Hilda Sheppard Youngblood. She enjoyed playing bingo, reading, writing music, singing and listening to gospel music, and word search puzzles. You'd never see her without her favorite Juicy Fruit chewing gum.
She is survived by her family at Chapman’s Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Carver Johnson.
