Mrs. Madine Gunn's Obituary
Visitation for Mrs. Madine Gunn will be on Saturday, December 10, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Gunn passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at her residence. She was born on October 27, 1934, in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to Poppa Gunn and Lillie Mae Fuller Gunn.
Madine was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She cherished time spent with them and when they would come to visit, they all wanted to “Go for a ride on her walker.” She spent time with family and friends watching golf and baseball games, especially the Atlanta Braves. She enjoyed working word search puzzles as well.
She is survived by her daughter, Derra Vickers Sims of Alexander City; son, Chet Vickers (Linda) of Salem, OH; grandchildren, Lisa Morales (Josh), Ron Vickers (Sarah), Stephanie Frank (James), Amber Bradford (Richard), Josh Sims (Jennifer), Jamie Sims; great-grandchildren, Ayden, Bryce and Reese Morales; Gavin Vickers; Cannon, Connor, Octivia and Sherrie Frank; William, Anthony, and Michael Sims; Conner and Jayden Bradford; Dayson and Drake Ziegler and Lexie Sims.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, James Lewis, Bo, and Jack Gunn and sisters, Juanita Still and Loretta Evans.
