Mrs. Louise Peters' Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Louise Peters, 81, of New Site, Alabama, will be Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 11:00 am at the Rocky Creek Baptist Church. Randy Anderson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Rocky Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 17, 2022, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Peters passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at her residence. She was born on August 22, 1940, in Alexander City, Alabama to Sylvester Saxon Hallman and Adell Bradford Baker. She was an active member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church for many years and taught Vacation Bible School. She enjoyed her family and they were most important to her. She was an avid gardener, a good cook, collected angels and a member of Klassic Kruisers. Mrs. Louise was a very feisty woman that never acted her age.
She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Campbell (Steve) of Alexander City; grandchildren, April Gamble (Wes Waters), Adam Hunter (Shanna), Cody Satterfield (Liz Layton), and Kari Davis; great-grandchildren, Jordan Bailey, Hannah Gamble, Cooper Gamble, Kipton Hunter, Maddy Waters, Makenly Waters, Ariana Layton, Tyler Layton, Damien Layton, Emma Davis, Charli Davis, and Asher Davis; brother, J.T. Hallman (Ann); and very special friend, Marvin Railey.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lavelle Odell Peters; son, Jerry Lavelle Peters; brothers, Jimmy Hallman and Johnny Hallman.
