Mrs. Linda Denise Hayes' Obituary
Memorial Service for Mrs. Denise Hayes, 63, of Anniston, will be Monday, September 20, 2021, at 5:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Randy Anderson will officiate. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 20, 2021, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hayes passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021, at Regional Medical Center in Anniston, Alabama. She was born on October 6,1957 in Alexander City, Alabama to Robert Russell Ray and Wynette Scott Ray. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Denise was a wonderful, loving and caring wife and mother who loved her pets as well as her children. She enjoyed traveling with her family, especially the trips to the beach and mountains. During the time Toby was serving in the Army the were stationed at Fort Rucker, Alabama and Camp Zama in Japan. She enjoyed listening to all genres of music but her favorite group was Green Day.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Terry "Toby" Hayes; sons, Cody Hayes (Shauna), Michael Hayes, Dustin Hayes; mother, Wynette Ray; sisters, Robyn Neighbors (Robert), Stacey Sorrell (Joe) and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Lake Martin Humane Society, 2502 Sugar Creek Road, Alexander City, Al, 35010.
