Mrs. Kimberly "Kim" Robinson's Obituary
A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Kimberly “Kim” Robinson, 52, of Alexander City, Alabama will be Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 6:30 PM at River of Life Worship Center. Pastor Michael Waldrop will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at River of Life Worship Center, 1715 Tallapoosa St. Alexander City, Alabama 35010.
Kim passed away on Monday, June 14, 2021 at Russell Medical. She was born on September 1, 1968 in Alexander City, Alabama to Charles and Trudy McMichael Rape. She loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren and was known as “Nana” to them. Kim was an active member of River of Life Worship Center, where she had a passion for serving others as the director of the Food Bank for over 15 years. She enjoyed going fishing, and loved to go shopping, especially for jewelry and purses.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Steven "Steve" Robinson; daughter, Karley Rodman (Scott); son, Zachary Robinson (Kirsten); grandchildren, Ivan Robinson, Grayson Rodman, and Langston Rodman; sisters, Melanie Kearley (Larry), Becky Bunn, and Vicki Alford (Durell); brother, Frank Rape (Rhonda); mother-in-law, Evelyn Robinson; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Trudy and Joe McGrady; father and stepmother, Charles and Jeanette Rape; father-in-law, Paul Robinson; and brother-in-law, Bobby Bunn.
