Mr. Kevin E. Young's Obituary
A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Kevin E. Young, 44, of Alexander City, will be Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 6:30 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Donald DeLee will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mr. Young passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Grandview Medical Center. He was born on August 27, 1975 in Ashland, Alabama to Charles Eugene Young and Patsy Crawford Young. He was a member of West End Baptist Church. He was an avid Auburn fan and was a follower of all their sports. He enjoyed fishing and throwing horseshoes. Kevin was a State Champion in horseshoes.
He is survived by his children, Trinity Rae' Young, Cody Young, Tristian Shaw and Jennifer Winters, all of Alexander City; grandchildren, Landon, Kyler and Kyleigh; mother, Patsy Young of Alexander City; father, Charles Eugene Young of Goodwater; sisters, Melissa Tapley (Gary) of Alexander City and Ami Johns (Frank) of Alexander City; nieces, Carlee Tapley and Presley Johns; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his son, Garrett Young; and his grandparents.
