Mr. Charles Kenneth “Kenny” Hughes
July 6, 1956 – November 27, 2020
Mr. Hughes went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on November 27, 2020. Known as the “Chip Man” or “Chester Cheetah”, Kenny lived a full life prior to his illness. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, watching Alabama football and listening to good music. He was a generous man to anyone he knew in need. Kenny had a big heart and loved mentoring young people.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa Hughes. Daughters, Heather (Joey) Vickers and Birdie Hughes. Granddaughters, Heather (Bobby) Kwok, Haley (Andy) Martin, Jody (Cody) Bishop and Amanda Vickers, Great granddaughters, Augustine Kwok and Ansleigh Martin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Barbara Hughes and infant son, Kenneth Jacob Hughes.
A private memorial service will be announced at a future date.
