Julie Ann Mason, a beacon of love and generosity, left this world to begin her eternal journey on a date that will be etched in the hearts of those who cherished her. Born into the loving arms of her parents, she grew into a woman whose very essence was to nurture and give joy to others.
Julie's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with the threads of love, care, and thoughtfulness. She shared a blissful marriage with her devoted husband, Robert Mason, of Alexander City, AL. Together, they created a home that was a haven of warmth and affection.
A beloved mother, Julie's legacy lives on through her children: Steven (LuLu) Sims, Tanner (Hailey) Shurum, Wylie Mason, and Brittany (Cameron) Taylor. Her guidance and love shaped their lives, and her spirit will continue to guide them. Julie's joy was multiplied with the arrival of each grandchild: Everleigh Taylor, Daxton Shurum, Kayden Shurum, Lydia Sims, Lila Sims, Hazelynn Sims, and Harper Sims. Each child was a precious gem in her crown of grandmotherhood, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Julie was the treasured daughter of Nina (Robin Sims) Queen and the late Terry Queen. She was a sister who shared an unbreakable bond with Regina (Jason) Taylor, Jimmy (Autumn) Queen, Renea Ray, Natasha Vera, and Ashley Baker. Her role as a sister-in-law was embraced with open arms by Blyenda Reich and Tammy (Robbie) Keel. Julie's nurturing touch extended to her nieces and nephews, Savannah Taylor, Brian Taylor, Hannah Bradford, and Gavin Queen, all of whom held a special place in her heart.
In the embrace of her family, Julie was a source of constant support and unwavering love. Her mother-in-law, Brenda Mason, knew the comfort of having Julie as part of the family, a woman who embodied kindness and thoughtfulness in every action.Julie's life was marked by her love for the simple pleasures-going shopping, spending time with her grandchildren, and cherishing the moments with all her cousins. These activities were not mere pastimes but expressions of her love for connection and creating memories with her loved ones.
Those who knew Julie will remember her as a loving, generous, and thoughtful soul. Her presence was a gift to those around her, and her absence will be felt deeply. Yet, the impact she made on the world will continue to resonate through the lives of those she touched.
Julie Ann Mason's journey on earth has concluded, but her story does not end here. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire and comfort her family and friends. While we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the life of a remarkable woman who gave so much of herself to those around her.
