Mrs. Judy Latimer Turner's Obituary
Judy entered into her Heavenly reward at 6:30 pm Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from the CICU at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL. She was the epitome of a Proverbs 31 wife. Her life is what brought her husband, Ronald T. Turner to Christ. They had over 56 years together. Ron and Judy just recently moved back home to Alexander City after over 47 years in Baton Rouge, where Judy learned to eat crawfish the "Cajun way".
She is also survived by her twin sister, Jerry Hardy, but Ron got the sweet one! She is also survived by her baby sister Jenny East, the spoiled one! She leaves behind 7 nieces and nephews and their children.
Her husband, Ron wants to extend a special mention to niece, Diane and her husband, Joe McClellan were always good to drive Ron back and forth to Birmingham. Another special thank you to niece, Dawn and her husband, John Booth for furnishing a house for us enabling us to move back home.
Judy was preceded in death by her mother, Bernie Latimer and her father, J.B. Latimer.
A very special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the ICU and the CICU at Grandview Medical Center, especially nurses, Cameron, Kaitlyn, and Andrew, who made her passing easier by the comfort and care they gave.
Radney Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Judy Latimer Turner.
