Mr. Joseph Randall "Randy" Hawkins' Obituary
Graveside Memorial Service for Mr. Joseph Randall “Randy” Hawkins, 75, of Alexander City, will be Sunday, July 17, 2022, at 1:00 pm at the Hillview Memorial Park.
Mr. Hawkins passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at his residence surrounded by loved ones. He was born on April 18, 1947, in Tennessee to Joe B. Hawkins and Elizabeth Thornell Hawkins. Randy was an avid Alabama fan. He loved his dogs, birds, and watching T.V. He enjoyed traveling and listening to rock ‘n roll music. He was a devoted husband who always tried to do the right thing.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Hawkins of Alexander City; nephews, Chris Kennedy (Dilanda) of Eddy, TX and Matthew Kennedy of Alexander City; brother-in-law, Thomas Gilliland of Alexander City; daughters, Angela Easterwood of Alexander City, Nancy Fuller of Darlington, SC, Susan Weston of Alexander City; sons, Steve Fuller (Margarita) of Darlington, SC and Donald Fuller (Barbara) of Alexander City; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, with 2 on the way; 4 great-great-grandchildren; special cousin, Charles Shaw (Lavern) and a host of other family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rita Hawkins Kennedy; great-grandchildren, Brandon Eric Weston and Brooks Anthony Steen.
