Mr. Johnny Robert Marable's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mr. Johnny Marable, 73, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 11:00 am at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Ronnie Boulware will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 17, 2021, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Radney Funeral Home.
Mr. Marable passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021, at his residence. He was born on April 18, 1948, in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to Johnnie Alvin Marable and Erline Bush Marable. He was an active member of Wayside Baptist Church. Johnny was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather as well as a Godly man who instilled Christian values in his children. Lovingly endeared as “Pop”, he enjoyed riding horses and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Carol Marable; sons, Jody Marable (Amanda), Kyle Marable (Amber); grandchildren, Wade Marable, Elizabeth Marable, Cody Marable; granddaughter on the way Brooke Marable and sister-in-law, Ginger J. Marable.
He was preceded in death by his son, William Edward Marable, daughter, Rebecca Ann Marable and brother, Ronald A. Marable.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made in Johnny’s memory to Wayside Baptist Church, P O Box 493, Alexander City, AL, 35011, The Alexander City Horse Riding Club, ACHRC.com or to your home church.
