Mr. Jessie Jerrell Peters Jr.'s Obituary
Funeral Service for Mr. Jessie Jerrell Peters Jr., 59, of Hackneyville, Alabama, will be Sunday, April 3, 2022, at 3:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Pastor Tony Harris and Bro. Glenn Hendrix will officiate. Burial will follow in the Old Providence Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 3, 2022, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mr. Peters passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at Russell Medical Center. He was born on May 10, 1962, in Alexander City, Alabama to Jessie Jerrell Peters and Shirley Baker Peters. He attended Family Worship Center. He loved to use his talents of singing and playing the guitar to serve the Lord. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also loved his two babies, Jazzy and Bella.
He is survived by his wife, Vickie Peters of Hackneyville; sons, Josh Peters (Allison) of Hackneyville and Justin Peters (Keshia) of Ashland; mother, Shirley Peters of Alexander City; grandchildren, Stacy Peters, Mallory Peters, Kaylen Peters, Madilyn Peters, and Ashlyn Peters; sister, Donna McClellan (Steve) of Alexander City; brother, Darren Peters (Machelle) of Hackneyville; sister-in-law, Amy Peters of Hackneyville; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jessie Jerrell Peters, Sr. and brother, Niki Peters.
