Mr. Jeffrey "Jeff" Duffie's Obituary
With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Jeffrey “Jeff” Scott Duffie, age 57, who left us on May 3rd , 2025. A beloved father, grandfather, partner, brother, and friend whose time with us was too short. Though his journey was not always easy, Jeff faced life with resilience, heart, and a deep love for those he considered his family.
Born on March 17th , 1968, Jeff ’s path was not without hardship, his story is a testament to the complexity of life and the power of love to anchor us through it. He worked hard and found peace in the simple things that brought him joy-especially time spent outdoors hunting, fishing, and surrounded by nature. Those moments gave him a sense of purpose and calm that he shared with those he loved.
Those who knew Jeff will remember his grit, his stories, and the quiet affection he offered in his own way. Despite facing many trials, his life was filled with moments of love and laughter. We are grateful for the time we shared with him-for the lessons he taught, the strength he showed, and the memories that now live on in those who knew and loved him best.
He is survived by his loving children, Kasey Chance (Alex), Patrick Duffie (Marlee), and Duston Duffie and their mother, Amy Adams, his cherished grandchildren Landon Duffie, Gunnar Duffie, Annabeth Chance, and Kaden Chance, his devoted partner Melissa Kitts, his brothers Spencer Duffie (Lisa Wilkins), Anthony Duffie, Michael Duffie (Ragene), and Matthew Duffie (Kim).
