Mrs. Jane Johnson's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Jane Johnson, 85, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be Friday, March 29, 2019 at 4:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Michael Trull will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 29, 2019 from 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Johnson passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Baptist Medical Center South. She was born on November 12, 1933 in Camp Hill, Alabama to James Roy Trimble and Tiny Beatrice Smith Trimble. Jane loved her family dearly. She retired from Russell Medical Center. Jane was a member of Thorington Road Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling, fishing, springtime, flowers, gardening and never met a stranger.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia "Pat" Morrow (Wayne); sons, Jeffrey Johnson (Kathy) and Andy Johnson (Lynita); six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and her sister, Janet Parrish (Lynn).
She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Leonard Johnson; parents; sister, Pauline Waller and her brother, David Trimble.
Memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
