Bill was an outstanding Leader and Administrator in the Hospital and Healthcare industry.
A true example of service to others.
I learned a lot from Bill while serving with him in governance roles with AlaHA, Southeastern Hospital Conference and Coastal Insurance.

Many of us can look back and recognize someone in our life who made an indelible mark on our past AND our future. For me, that was Mr. Brown. In the few years I worked in his office, he taught me by his example and his instruction more about professionalism, excellence, compassion, and kindness than anyone else before or since. And forty years later, I still try to emulate his beautiful style of writing personal and business letters. I send my deepest condolences and my prayers for Dee, Peggy, David, and family. Your Dad was one of a kind—the best kind, and he leaves a lasting legacy in the many lives he touched.
Mr Brown was a true Southern Gentleman. I always loved seeing him at church. He had such a positive attitude and friendly disposition! He will be greatly missed.. ♥️
