Rose, I do not know if you remember me or not, but I am Marcalyn Goodman Price. I took piano lessons from you at Jim Pearson and have been playing the piano for 51 years now and still love it. I married an Alex City boy, Terry Price, and we have been married for almost 37 years. I was so saddened to hear of your husband passing away. I often think of you and Curtis and remember you as my favorite piano teacher. I know that you will miss your sweet husband and wanted you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Marcalyn

To Rose,
These photos have been next to me all these years. You have always been a big part of my Heart. Curtis as you know was my first "HERO" because he saved my life. He will always be remembered as a great Friend and MY HERO. I am so sorry for your loss. Please keep in touch and May God Bless. My Love Forever! Jerry Towns
We shared many special times together playing both football and baseball for Benjamin Russell. He was a great competitor and always challenged his opponents but with integrity and respect. I truly enjoyed my time with Curtis and admired his personality and leadership. He will be a great addition to Our Lords Kingdom in Heaven. Please accept my sincere regrets for your loss of this fine man. I will keep Curtis and his family in my prayers. God Bless you all!!

Rose and Brent - I know you are never ready to give up a loved one, but just realize that he is not in any pain now. You were married quite a few years and have many wonderful memories. The article in the paper was so well written. You have a wonderful close family and they will all be there for you. Because of your faith in God, he will wrap his loving arms around you and help you get through this trying time. I won't be able to come to the viewing or funeral, but remember that I love you and you are in my heart and prayers.

Rose and family,
We extend our sincere condolences to you and Brent. I really wish that I had seen Curtis before his passing. I always thought so much of him, not only as a co-worker but as a good friend. May God bless and give you strength.
