Jacqueline Albright Castillo, affectionately known as Jackie to her friends and family, lived a life that was as vibrant and heartwarming as the Alabama sunsets over her hometown of Alexander City. Born on September 11, 1977, Jackie's journey through life was one marked by an infectious laughter, a nurturing spirit, and an unwavering faith. Her earthly chapter came to a peaceful close on January 8, 2026, in Montgomery, Alabama, surrounded by the love and warmth of her family.
Jackie's legacy is one of love, laughter, and service. She brought joy to every room she entered and was a beacon of friendship and kindness. Her humor was the glue in many of her relationships, bringing smiles and comfort to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Jackie's Christian faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and her unending capacity for love. She was an active member of Bethel Centro De Adoracion.
She was a devoted wife to her husband, David Castillo, Sr. of Auburn, Alabama. Their love story was one for the ages, filled with mutual respect and unwavering support. Together, they raised two wonderful children, David Castillo, Jr. and Samantha Castillo, who were Jackie's pride and joy. She instilled in them the values of compassion, resilience, and humor, ensuring that her spirit will continue to guide them throughout their lives.
Jackie's family was her world, and she was the heart of theirs. Her sister, Judy (Chris) Combs, and brothers, Raymond (Tracy) Albright and Colby (Amanda) Albright, will cherish the countless memories of laughter and support they shared. Jackie was a pillar of strength and love for her mother, Cindy R. Albright, whose guidance and love shaped Jackie into the extraordinary woman she became. While her father, Ronald J. Albright, preceded her in death, the bond they shared continues to live on through the stories and values passed down to her children.
Jackie's interests were a reflection of her personality-full of life and passion. She had a profound admiration for the determination and skill of Dale Earnhardt and Lane Frost, which mirrored her own approach to life's challenges. Her dedication to her pastor's children was a testament to her loving and giving nature. She nurtured and cared for them as if they were her own, spreading joy and kindness wherever she went.
To speak of Jackie is to speak of a woman who embodied the very essence of what it means to be friendly, loving, and funny. Her presence was a gift to those fortunate enough to know her. As a motivational speaker draws upon the power of words to uplift and inspire, Jackie's life story serves as a motivational narrative-a reminder that the warmth of a caring heart and the strength of a joyful spirit can make an indelible impact on the world.
