Mr. Henry Wall's Obituary
Funeral service for Mr. Henry “Jody” Wall, 69, of Goodwater, will be Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Tim Callaway, Alacare Chaplain, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Wall Cemetery with honors provided by the Alexander City Veteran’s Honor Guard. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 29, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home. \r\n\r\nMr. Wall passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at his residence. He was born on May 26, 1943 in Coosa County, Alabama to Henry McCoy Wall and Ollie Lee Phurrough Wall. He was a member of Bradford United Methodist Church. Mr. Wall enjoyed working on cars, hunting, and being in the great outdoors.\r\n\r\nHe is survived by his wife of 42 years, Geraldine Winslett Wall of Goodwater; children, Henry J. “Joey" Wall, Melissa A. Tate (Jim) and Tim Wall (Trish), all of Alexander City, and Kenneth Thomas Wall (Tara) of Goodwater; grandchildren, Amber Wall and Angel Wall both of Alexander City, Coy Wall and Emily Wall both of Goodwater; sister, Martha Nell Wall of Mobile; brother-in-law, Tommy Max Walker of Goodwater.\r\n\r\nHe was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Kenneth McCoy Wall and Thomas Rodney Wall; sister, Nettie Elizabeth Wall.\r\n\r\nThe family will accept flowers or contributions can be made to Alacare Hospice, 33 Aliant Parkway Alexander City, AL 35010-3446.\r\n\r\nMemorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneyfuneralhome.com.\r\n
