Mrs. Helen Louise Brooks Ralston's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Helen Louise Brooks Ralston, 75, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Noel Vickers will officiate. Burial will follow in the Brooks Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ralston passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at her residence. She was born on June 11, 1947 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to Marion Brooks, Sr. and Willie Sue Hudson Brooks. Mrs. Ralston was a Baptist by faith. She worked at Russell Corporation for many years. She enjoyed working word search puzzles, watching soap operas, being outside and was always up for a ride to anywhere.
She is survived by her daughters, Regina Oliver (Jerry) of Daviston, Rhonda Eakin (Richard) of Alexander City and Rita Royal (Donnie) of Alexander City; grandchildren, Larry Wallace (Sheyenne), Amber Wallace Parrish (Mikey), Matthew Eakin, Robin Eakin Silvers (Thomas), Carly Royal, and Trever Royal (Carmen); great-grandchildren, Ragen, Eli, Finley, Taylor, Zeitta, Thomas, Colton, Jack, Noble and Aubree; sisters, Sara Arnold, Cornelia Wyatt (Glenn), and Shelbra Butler; brothers, Marion Brooks, Jr. and Jerry Brooks (Bonita); and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 45 years, Wilburn Ralston; and sister, Emma Thornton.
