Helen D. Phillips' Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Helen D. Phillips, 91, of Alexander City, will be Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Alton Byrd and Rev. Jeremy Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Alexander City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Phillips passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at her residence. She was born on December 25, 1926 in Alexander City, Alabama to Chalmer Dennis and Avis Milam Dennis. She loved her family dearly. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church, and enjoyed her church family, sewing, crafts, cooking, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Price of Alexander City; granddaughter, Helen Pfeiffer (Mike) of Alpharetta, GA; sister, Glenda D. Harrelson (Bobby) of Fairburn, GA; niece, Lisa Chase (Donald) of Newnan, GA, and nephew, Bobby Glenn Harrelson (Audrey) of Fairburn, GA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Cleveland Phillips, and daughter, Dottie Main.
