Mr. Harold B. Henry's Obituary
Graveside Service for Mr. Harold B. Henry, 84, of Huntsville, formerly of Alexander City, will be Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 3:00 pm at Hillview Memorial Park. Dr. Steve King will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mr. Henry passed away on May 15, 2025, in Madison, AL surrounded by his family. He was born in Fort Payne, AL, on February 23, 1941. Harold dedicated many years to his role as the Vice President of Compliance at Aliant Bank, where his wisdom and steadfastness made him both a respected leader and an invaluable colleague. His academic journey at the University of Alabama laid a strong foundation for his successful career.
Harold's passion for the great outdoors was evident in his love for hiking, camping, and riding motorcycles, while his commitment to community shone through in the years he spent coaching little league baseball and ladies' softball. Reference to Harold would be incomplete without acknowledging his profound impact, mentorship, and the joy he shared in bringing people together through sports and adventure.
He is survived by his wife of over 62 years, Beverly Kaye Henry of Huntsville; sons, Michael (Cathie) Henry of Eclectic and Mark (Lisa Kay) Henry of Madison; grandchildren, William (Maylyn) Forsyth, Jade Trowbridge, Justin Davis, Scott Dunham, and Ryan Dunham; great-grandchild, William Henry Forsyth; and sister, Sandra Henry.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
