Mr. Fred Wagenfuehr's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mr. Fred "Buzzy" Wagenfuehr, 76, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Faith Temple. Pastor Dick Stark will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 8, 2022, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mr. Wagenfuehr passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022, surrounded by his family. He was born on September 18, 1945, in New Braunfels, Texas to Robert Harvey Wagenfuehr and Freddie Roberts Wagenfuehr. He was an active member of Faith Temple where he served as a deacon. Buzzy was a God loving man who instilled his faith in his children. He was always willing to pray for anyone who may have a need, spoken or unspoken. His sense of humor was present throughout his illness, and he enjoyed every minute of laughter he could evoke in others. He was an avid Auburn Tigers fan, he never missed watching a game and in his younger years he was a cowboy on the rodeo circuit.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Wagenfuehr ; daughters, Kerri "Missy" Lee Free (James), Lisa Kaye Grimes (Roland), Tara Albright, Abby Musick (Jamey); sons, Randall J. Nicholson (Louetta), Scottie Scott (Glenn); grandchildren, Maggie Lee Mueller, Max Mueller, Joshua Nicholson , Howie Nicholson (Alana), Chelsea Bunn (Gabe), Shane Karpowicz, Keely Lashley (Yesenia); great-grandchildren, Brayden Bunn, Brooklyn Claire Bunn, Genesis Lois-Marie Lashley, Uriah Nicholson; sister, Mary Wagenfuehr and mother-in-law, Lois Stephens.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert Wagenfuehr and grandson, Cody Paxton.
