Elaine Miller's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Elaine Miller, 63, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be Friday, August 2, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Donald DeLee will officiate. Burial will follow in the Flint Hill Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 1, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Miller passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Dadeville Healthcare Center. She was born on June 14, 1961 in Tallapoosa County to Robert Henry Miller and Clara Jean Tilley Bradford. She was a beacon of warmth and selflessness. Elaine lived a life marked by kindness, thoughtfulness, and an unwavering commitment to her family and faith.
Elaine was a devoted member of West End Baptist Church, where her presence was a source of comfort and joy to many. Her hands were rarely still, as she found solace and pleasure in crocheting and coloring, creating a tapestry of beautiful memories and gifts for those she loved.
Above all, Elaine cherished her role as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her adoration for her grandchildren and great-grandchild was evident in every hug, every story told, and every moment shared. Elaine's legacy of love and her friendly spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her daughter, Tonya (Chase) Yelverton of Alexander City; son, David (Mindy) Foshee of Evergreen; grandchildren, Jordan Davis (Haylie), Landyn Davis, Zoey Hannah, and Javid Foshee; great-grandchild, Jayden Davis; twin sister, Delaine (Eddie) McManus; and brother, Paul (Debbie) Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Margaret Harper, Samantha Odem, Dorothy East, and Mary Fuller; and brother, Wade Miller.
