Mrs Edna Rebecca Thompson's Obituary
Mrs. Thompson passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at her residence. She was born on January 20, 1925, in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to Tommy Baker and Penny Lavania Bradberry Baker. She was a member of Liberty Methodist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Jerry (Cheryl) Thompson, Tommy (Nell) Thompson, Jimmy (Deborah) Thompson, Ricky (Sandra) Thompson, Steve (Bobbie) Thompson, Stanley (Doris) Thompson; daughter, Kathy (Robert) Walls; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Palmer Thompson; grandson, Wade; parents; brothers, Edwin, Hubert and Oscar Baker and sisters, Flora and Lillie Allen.
The family will hold a private service to honor the life of Mrs. Edna Rebecca Thompson.
