Mrs. Dorothy Griffin's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mrs. Dorothy Griffin, 91, of Goodwater, Alabama, will be Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Bro. Matthew Reames will officiate. Burial will follow in the Smyrna Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Radney Funeral Home.
Mrs. Griffin passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at her residence. She was born on February 13, 1931 in Goodwater, Alabama to Fredrick Bliss Dunham and Eula Mae Phillips Dunham. She was a member of Kellyton Baptist Church. Dorothy enjoyed sewing and gardening. She liked spending time at the Goodwater Senior Center. She loved spending time with her family, cooking, and watching westerns.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Griffin (Darryl) Ingram of Goodwater; sons, Calvin H. Neighbors, Jr. (Ann) of Kellyton, Johnny Wayne Neighbors, Fredrick Jack Griffin both of Goodwater; grandchildren, Christy Culp, Pamela Lankford, Trista Maceda, Josh Neighbors, Hollie Letcher, and Lexie Griffin; great grandchildren, Zack, Tyler, Alex, Annabelle, Holland, Sophie, Vinton, Judson (Little Jack), Joey, and Elijah.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Calvin H. Neighbors, Sr.; husband, Jack H. Griffin; brothers, Wilber Dunham, Louis Dunham, and Harold Dunham.
