Miss Demi Shaye Lacy's Obituary
Funeral Service for Miss Demi Shaye Lacy, of Cragford, will be Monday, February 24, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Mellow Valley Baptist Church. Bro. Donald Jones will officiate. Burial will follow in the Mellow Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 24, 2025 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Mellow Valley Baptist Church.
Miss Lacy passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. She was born on December 29, 2024 in Opelika, Alabama to Demario Lacy and Tibni Marsh. Her life was filled with love and laughter. She brought joy to everyone she came into contact with. She was her daddy's precious angel, her mom's pretty girl, her bubba's favorite sissy, and she will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her father, Demario Lacy of Montgomery; mother, Tibni Marsh of Cragford; brothers, Jayceon Harrison, Demario Lacy, Jr, and Javon Seawright; grandparents, William and Shara Davis of Cragford, LaTonya McCray of Montgomery and William Lacy of Montgomery; great-grandparents, Timothy and Ellen Davis, Sheila Cook, and Wilson Brooks, Jr.; great-great-grandmother, Barbara Wise; aunts, Erica Brooks and Keonia Lacy; uncles, Jordan Mann, Jason Mann, Jr., Tedrick Brooks, and Jaquarris Brooks.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Jayden Mann; great-grandmothers, Bernice Lacy and Debra Ann Elsberry; great-grandfathers, Grady Paul Hutcheson and William Bell.
