Mrs. Deborah Ann Easterwood Bunn's Obituary
Funeral Service for Ms. Deborah Ann Easterwood Bunn, 73, of Jacksons Gap, Alabama, will be Friday, April 18, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Randy Anderson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 18, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home.
Deborah Ann Easterwood Bunn, known affectionately to all as Deborah, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2025, at the age of 73. She was born on December 7, 1951, in Talladega, Alabama to Mixon Easterwood and Mavis Sharpe Easterwood., Deborah's life was characterized by her loving nature, her boundless generosity, and her thoughtful presence in the lives of those she touched. She was an active member of New Concord Baptist Church.
Deborah's early years were spent under the nurturing care of her late parents, Mavis and Mixon Easterwood. She grew up to embody the kindness and warmth that were hallmarks of her family's legacy. Throughout her life, Deborah's actions reflected the love and teachings she received, and she became a beacon of light and comfort for her family and friends.
Her life was rich with relationships, and she is lovingly remembered by her close-knit family. Deborah is survived by her cousin, Stephanie Forehand and her husband Daryl of Cragford, AL; her cousin, Sabrina Ennis and her husband Woody of Lafayette, AL; her cousin, Steve Moore of Dadeville, AL; and her cousin, Shayne Moore and his wife Arlene of Jacksons Gap, AL. A host of other cousins and family members also mourn her passing, each cherishing memories of her gentle spirit. In addition to her relatives, Deborah leaves behind her special friend, Brenda Davis, whose companionship brought joy and laughter to her days.
Those who knew Deborah will remember her for the love she so freely gave and the care she extended to all. Her life was a testament to the power of giving, and she never missed an opportunity to lend a helping hand or offer a kind word. Deborah's generosity knew no bounds, whether it was through her time, her resources, or her ability to listen and empathize with others.
